Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
